LISTA KANDYDACKA

Lista kandydacka jest dostępna na stronie internetowej ECHA. Zgodnie z rozporządzeniem REACH po publikacji substancje znajdujące się na liście są oceniane w celu określenia czy należy włączyć je do Załącznika XIV REACH (substancje podlegające procedurze zezwoleń).
Firmy mogą mieć obowiązki prawne wynikające z włączenia substancji na listę kandydacką, które mogą dotyczyć  substancji jako takiej, zawartej w mieszaninie lub w wyrobach.

Istnieją wyjątki od obowiązku zgłoszenia, jeżeli substancja jest już zarejestrowana dla danego zastosowania lub kiedy narażenie można wykluczyć.
